There is something instantly recognisable about the wobble of jelly. SQUISH takes that familiar sensory memory into an unmistakably adult cocktail world—fun, sociable and serious about the quality of the drink.

We are developing the idea of a soft, squeezable cocktail format with a distinct jelly sensation. How it is handled, served and experienced matters alongside flavour and balance. The physical form should contribute to the pleasure of the cocktail, rather than be a gimmick attached to it.

SQUISH is a provisional name and the proposed experience is not yet a finished product. The ambition is a cocktail with its own character, texture and reason to be chosen.
