Dr Andreas Papp studied brewing and beverage technology at the Technical University of Munich, where he completed his doctorate. His career has linked technical product development to the operational demands of food and drink manufacture, including processing choices, quality, raw-material specification and supplier capability.
Experience across the value chain
His professional roles have included product and customer programmes at Döhler, business-unit leadership at Symrise, and regional, operational and procurement responsibilities at Prodalim. He later founded PureSource Natural Solutions, pursuing sourcing and product- and process-development opportunities within the ingredients and beverage sectors.

Manufacturing choices affect what a consumer actually receives. Supplier reliability, quality, cost, processing limitations and product consistency are not back-office details: they help determine whether a promising proposition can become an outstanding product. Andreas also founded PureSource Natural Solutions, bringing entrepreneurial experience in ingredients sourcing and process opportunities.
